about the artist
Morag Paul
Growing up in Scotland, Morag Paul learned from a young age to appreciate the beauty of the landscape around her. Her father and grandfather were also artists and taught her how to express this excitement in watercolors. A cloud formation, hay bales in a field, a lone tree on the hilltop – they all evoke a desire to capture the moment in a painting! She loves being outdoors most, and watercolor is the perfect medium to paint her favorite subject – nature – a constant source of inspiration. Her artistic work has been boosted by inclusion in numerous international exhibitions and several awards, and she is a proud member of the Belgian Watercolor Institute.
